- For accounting professionals featured in the marketplace: profile information such as name, photo, video, work experience, software skills, rates, and related materials.
Information collected automatically includes basic usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, along with information from cookies (see the Cookies section below).
Information from third parties includes data from our service providers (for example, authentication, scheduling, and payment providers) that help us operate the Services.

- For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of OAT, our users, or others.

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver the Services, including hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication, scheduling, and payment processing. OAT is based in the United States, and the accounting professionals featured in our marketplace are primarily located in the Philippines. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the Philippines. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
